7. (Optional) Note if you prefer an Author session. If no author slot is available, we will schedule with a Senior Strategist.

 

 

💳 Scheduling & Refund Policy

  1. Orders are acknowledged within 48 hours of payment. Every participant is guaranteed a session with a Senior Strategist or Dr. Zhao (limited seats) within 3 months. Sessions with Dr. Zhao are limited, as he conducts no more than 2 sessions per month across all participants. If no author slot is available, your session will be led by a Senior Strategist following the same structured process and methodology.

  2. When placing your order, provide at least 3 possible time windows that work for you. We will confirm a session within your range whenever possible, or propose the closest available alternative.

  3. Each order includes a $50 non-refundable booking fee. If no common time can be arranged within 3 months (based on your indicated availability and our proposed alternatives), you may choose: 1）A refund of $349 CAD (total minus booking fee), or 2）To roll your booking fee forward to reserve a session after 3 months. Please note that no-shows are not refundable: If you miss your confirmed session without attending, neither the booking fee nor the balance will be refunded.
